Technical Support Services
For support issues, existing customers can file a support case and get an answer within one business day between the hours of 7AM to 5PM Pacific, Monday thru Friday. For premium telephone support, call (800) 886-9028. The cost is $50 for a 30-minute call, billed prior to the call. Additional time is available at $50 for every thirty minutes.
